Body Positivity

I noticed that there are a lot of body positivity posts going around but they lack age-related changes the body goes through that are totally normal but not talked about! I sketched and inked up a little thing inspired by an image I saw so I will post both the original image and the one I made here.

Women See What They'll Look Like In 40 years

This video affirms what I mean by people being fearful of getting older. One of the girls reactions was she needs to start using moisturizer, yes it is important to take care of your body but aesthetics shouldn't be the only drive.
It is okay to have wrinkles. It is okay to have grey hair. It is okay to get older.

I met this delightful lady with colored hair on the bus, we go to the same hair stylist.

He's retired but spends his days volunteering in Olympia.

She walked up as I was taking photos and asked me why I was photographing the chipped paint but then proceeded to answer her own question with, 

"Some people wouldn't want to see, there is beauty and you see that"

This woman was delightful and dancing at our Parent Prom held by my school.
